I am shocked the rating is this high. the only positive thing about this company was the co-workers. you will have quota change many times even in the middle of the QTR you will also have to watch payroll very closely to ensure you are being paid correctly. pay scale also change many times. every change to pay or quota resulted in less money for us and much more...Read More

Couchbase is a fine product, probably B tier or so. But the GTM function is C at best. Very poor marketing demand (I've had 1 inbound deal all year) and leadership that doesn't know how to generate new opportunities and therefore try to coach reps on close plans. Which is clearly not the issue.
