Great culture and you can tell that the C-suite cares about their employees. Marketing has a lot of improvement to do especially when it comes to hot inbounds (contact us, price request, etc)

GTM still being developed. This creates challenges as an enterprise seller as it limits the levers you can pull to effectively sell. (Partner ecosystem, developer adoption, account based marketing, etc.)

My experience at Couchbase is that we are still very much unknown by prospects, but the surprise they get when trying us is very much, "Why didn't we know about you before?" The company culture is solid and welcoming and a great place to grow both personally and professionally.

Excellent product. It works well! But, there is so much competition and alternatives in the market. Name recognition is a real challenge.
