They are in a GTM motion trying to find their footing in a brand new space and I think the product is viable in these new markets. That is if they would let it work... Most of the people I worked with were excellent. Leadership and Culture leaves a lot to be desired however. There are people in certain roles that have created these cross functional operations that just don’t make sense.

Great OTE but no product-market fit for new product and old product under significant pressure, zero inbounds and nobody making any commission.

Incentive structure is good and inline with industry best practices. However, targets are set arbitrarily, disregarding market trends/conditions, geographic differences / nuances etc. Culture is horrible - blaming sales on lack of results and enforcing a culture of fear. CFO is abusive and takes every opportunity to stiff the sale people of commission.
