I think Convex is a good company to work for overall. I've been here for a decent amount of time, enough time to see the pros and cons. To start with the positives, the compensation is excellent. It's extremely competitive. It's also highly diverse. There has yet to be a time where I feel excluded. In terms of improvement, there needs to be clear-cut expectations around responsibilities and work hours. Often, I hear different things from various individuals, leading to misunderstandings. I think this is a result of a lack of transparency. Besides that, I think it's a good company to be a part of.

They missed payroll dates 2 to 3 times during my time there. CEO is micromanaging the team all the way down to trying to understand how much of your time is going towards one account. Leadership submits daily call log reports to share who is hitting call KPIs. Calls are part of comp...

Sales team and culture are getting increasingly better over time. Great compensation and benefits. All the standard challenges that come with a growing company. Definitely going in the right direction and quota attainment is above the industry average for other tech companies in 2023.
