Constant change at EveryAction. There's a lot of good solid people here but unfortunately the people at the top are either constantly changing or leaving. Either they see writing on the wall or were told to leave. Makes it difficult to get into a rhythm with all the change that is too often not for the better despite best attempts to do so.
