I think Convex is a good company to work for overall. I've been here for a decent amount of time, enough time to see the pros and cons. To start with the positives, the compensation is excellent. Sales team and culture are getting increasingly better over time. Great compensation and benefits. All the standard challenges that come with a growing company. Definitely going in the right direction and quota attainment is above the industry average for other tech companies in 2023.

Tough market to sell to. Customers are not interested in new technology for the most part. Total addressable market is not big enough for Convex’s products. Sales leadership at Convex is negative. Turnover is extremely high.
