I think Convex is a good company to work for overall. I've been here for a decent amount of time, enough time to see the pros and cons. To start with the positives, the compensation is excellent. Tough market to sell to. Customers are not interested in new technology for the most part. Total addressable market is not big enough for Convex’s products. Sales leadership at Convex is negative. Turnover is extremely high.
