Current Employee Upward mobility is limited if you are an entry SDR. No training for the SDR or AE role, so you have to lean on your piers. SDR Quota can be hard to attain because of the inconsistency in AE performance and product market fit is always evolving. Great place to cut your teeth in for the tech sales industry.
