The culture and training was great, but the SDR sales structure was not as was getting laid off in a non performance based lay off.

Strong product market fit. Solid culture ("everyone sells"). Superb Presales team. High NPS. But a bit of a whining culture and not enough activity driven by sales leadership. Marketing / lead gen can be improved too.

Overall, really good experience. Product is very strong with a strong vision. Leadership is tenured, plenty of potential. Territories are large enough to be successful
