Company is a genuine unicorn, it was self -funded and sold for well over $1bn. Has the largest market share and making massive investments into re-platforming the 25+ software solutions into a single microservices stack.
Plenty opportunity to grow professionally and forge your own path. Most people start as an SDR then go into AE/AM/Tech Sales roles. Great culture of hard-working people who are passionate about customer outcomes and honing their sales craft.
Most SDR's are ready to move up after 12-18 months if they invest in themselves. Longest ramp time is due to dialing in industry knowledge as selling to technology service providers (generally technical people).
People who stay the course and invest in themselves are typically here a long time, average tenure of AE's is 4-5 years at present. Most are over quota and the comp plans get silly once you're 120%+, talking doubling your OTE at 150%.
