The product has a way to go but will likely get there, currently there are multiple discrete solutions but work is occurring to unify the offering. Some good, capable people but a fair amount of fatigue and distrust. Unfortunately leadership aren't actually walking the walk. all teams struggle, compensation is not paid out on time or what’s due while Leadership teams coast by at ELT level and the CEO is not held to account. I have never experienced a more two faced leadership team in my time in corporate.
