My overall experience was positive. There is a lot to like at Conga, progression is a worry, and the majority of AE's do not hit target.

The product has a way to go but will likely get there, currently there are multiple discrete solutions but work is occurring to unify the offering. Some good, capable people but a fair amount of fatigue and distrust. Unfortunately leadership aren't actually walking the walk.
