Conga is a broken culture owned by a PE firm marrying two companies who still operate like two companies. There's a desire to grow and innovate but not a financial commitment from ownership to invest in the product.

My overall experience was mixed. The company has some real issues, with its products, they aes not market-leading, but priced as though they are. The company has also historically had issues with a general lack of attention towards the European markets. Many great people in the company has great potential, but stuck in a rut.
