Extremely toxic culture, I wouldn’t recommend you to work there at all! If you’re not a white man playing gulf or rugby you won’t get any raise or promotion. The management is extremely toxic, if they don’t like you they’d make your life hell leading you to burnout until you resigned, no matter your performance.
