Extremely toxic culture, I wouldn’t recommend you to work there at all! If you’re not a white man playing gulf or rugby you won’t get any raise or promotion. The management is extremely toxic, if they don’t like you they’d make your life hell leading you to burnout until you resigned, no matter your performance. They don’t like confrontation and some of them are not only sexists but also have some extreme political views they share during meetings, unheard of!

Leadership offered a lot of training and enablement for the Business Development Org. Was difficult to get promotions out of the Business Development Org.
