Generally speaking good product market fit and good product. Very limited training and promotion opportunities. GTM was changing a lot and not clear. Executive team good not great.

technical product so long ramp up time for sales, relatively new market segment so long sales cycles because customers are not yet aware of the potential, great potential for sales if given the time. Unfortunately Confluent is not always focusing on the long term

"My Overall experience- the sales org was lacking in the most recent years, and it shows that market stressors got to the leadership team. Their abrupt sales org change will leave a lasting impact."
