Couple questions for the Cloud Team in the US: 1. How are most people performing? 2. Heard promotion to SMB AE from here is typically around 10-12 months. Accurate or way off? 3. Confident in Confluent long term? Even after the IPO, can I still bet the next 3-5 yrs of my career here?
