It has been going down hill since i started and i belive most if not all who work on the field would agree. Bonus has been reduced 3 times and ofc the budget has increased YoY.

SoftwareONE of old has come and past. Leadership is hyper focused on aggressive sales targets instead of fixing blatant issues within the support structure to assist sellers. The lack of attention has resulted in poor performance by sellers, unfairly characterizing their work as sub par.
