SoftwareONE of old has come and past. Leadership is hyper focused on aggressive sales targets instead of fixing blatant issues within the support structure to assist sellers. The lack of attention has resulted in poor performance by sellers, unfairly characterizing their work as sub par.

It was decent, company is still being established in North America so systems in place aren’t the best but management trained us well despite all the drawbacks and challenges we faced since the Nashville office was the start of the sales center in North America.
