Current Employee1.7Sep 18, 2023I would not suggest working at Community Brands. Solutions have not been updated for years, the comp plans continue to get worse year over year and leadership is fired/ hired annually so a true vision is never created.

Upward mobility was scarce while I was there, and they rarely gave out any raises even to high performers. Great co-workers and good environment but salary was not the most competitive.

Former Employee1.6Jan 22, 2024My overall experience was incredibly negative - constantly shifting goals and expectations, ridiculous quotas assigned by leadership that were missed across the board, very poor communication, zero development or training, would not recommend.
