The product is great for enterprise clients, however you need to have good sponsors and identified use-case to justify the sound. Alation is consistently undercutting and informatica is the incumbent.
Great people and good incentives. However globally only about a dozen made target this year and mass layoffs have made it difficult to turn a blind eye in the constant change and dilution of culture. Typical go-public strategy
