I don't think leadership expects more than 15% of AEs to hit their number. If you add up al AE quota and compare to the company new ARR goals, there is a significant gap. It truly is feast or famine.

Excellent company- great leadership and vision though sometimes a hard sell because the alternative of doing nothing is the greatest competitor

Company started out well in early stages, but multiple waves of external senior leadership was brought in and destroyed the overall culture being lead by individuals who did not understand the market or how to sell the solution. Investors allowed to drive growth faster than mature was ready for growth
