Commission only structure so income potential is limitless. However, they don't provide leads, so you are basically on your own for generating business.

Overall my experience with Coldwell Banker was poor. The culture, DEI, compensation and growth was not there for me. Leadership wasn't supportive. They were in the beginning but then they stop supporting or complain about it. I wasn't happy with CB at all.
