My lowest rating was the base rate. This role (Real Estate Agent) is completely commission-based so there is no base commission. However I didn’t want to put 1 star because they give you all the tools, resources, and people to help you earn your commission better than a lot of other places, as well as provide an 80/20 split which is VERY nice.
