Current Employee My lowest rating was the base rate. This role (Real Estate Agent) is completely commission-based so there is no base commission. However I didn’t want to put 1 star because they give you all the tools, resources, and people to help you earn your commission better than a lot of other places, as well as provide an 80/20 split which is VERY nice. AND they allow you to build different streams of income from not only commission, but also revenue share (bringing people to eXp) AND earning all your cap money back through hitting “ICON” status. It’s really a no brainer.
