Overall my experience with Coldwell Banker was poor. The culture, DEI, compensation and growth was not there for me. Leadership wasn't supportive. They were in the beginning but then they stop supporting or complain about it. I wasn't happy with CB at all.

Good company. Provides a lot of support to agents. A lot of helpful resources if you know where to look within the company and its offerings.
