I joined one of the non-integrated Cognizant businesses. We had three different MDs in 9 months, zero sales strategy, and basically sold based on AWS funding to clients. The business took so long to be integrated into Cognizant, it became dysfunctional.

The acquisition company was eventually dissolved by Cognizant. Lost culture after about 2 years post acquistion.
