My experience at CobbleStone has been extremely rewarding. The company culture and support amongst leadership is something you don't often see in the sales world. Leadership and management as a whole are always happy to help grow your knowledge or support you in your overall growth with the company. Since starting with the company I have been able to grow in my role and that's because of my hard work, but also because of the opportunities that are there to continue to grow your career within the organization. I couldn't ask for a better place to work.

Awful training, terrible management, and they lie in the interview process about only working inbound demo leads. They start you off having to prospect and book 10 demos within a 30 day period from multiple unorganized and outdated excel sheets, many of which the contact details aren't even in service anymore.
