Great job ,great management .No micromanaging . Just know your base is impossible to live off of and you’d don’t make any commission until maybe your 2nd year because all the senior reps get all the good leads and double the leads you get . At the end of the day ,you can be poor for 2-3 years and reap the benefits later or use the place for experience and leave after a year to get adequate pay like 90% of people who come and go at cobblestone .

My overall experience was great. Management is awesome and everyone at the company very friendly. Great place to begin your career at and learn b2b sales. Sales cycles can be long ranging from 3 months to over a year. You receive a fair amount of inbound leads and cold calling is not part of your job because most leads are inbound.

Awful training, terrible management, and they lie in the interview process about only working inbound demo leads. They start you off having to prospect and book 10 demos within a 30 day period from multiple unorganized and outdated excel sheets, many of which the contact details aren't even in service anymore.
