The sales targets that were provided in 2023 dramatically increased from the previous year. On top of that, the incentive structure was also updated which made it difficult to earn good commission until you hit 50% of your target. my overall experience was bad. poor leadership, they never listened and never provided solutions. no training. lacked serious company infrastructure. had potential, but too bad.

Overall really bad and the outlook seems even worse, selling coaching as SasS subscription model is not fitting to corporate companies. The founders have no experience in this industry and business
