my overall experience was bad. poor leadership, they never listened and never provided solutions. no training. lacked serious company infrastructure. had potential, but too bad.

CoachHub is an amazing product and is very competitive in the marketplace. Due several recent layoffs. They’ve changed the comp plan for the 2024 year that submitted quite challenging to make any kind of money prior to the half point of the year.

My overall rating and experience with the organizational and lack of DEI culture was based on the company misalignment with sales forecasting and ballon hiring resulting in 30-40% reduction in sales team. and grievances filed by employees regarding the lack of DEI in leadership.
