Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Couldnt ask for a better company to start my journey in SaaS . To be clear, this is not an entry level role, the only reason i was hired with no SaaS experience was because of my industry knowledge & experience being a former client of theirs for 5+ years. The sales culture can be a bit oppressive at times, they are very metrics driven but that is to be expected from a data and analytics company. Work life balance could use some more focus, I almost feel punished for taking vacation time. Base pay isnt super great, especially if you live somewhere with a high cost of living, but the commission structure isnt bad and the ESPP and employer match on the Roth IRA is great. Not much room for career growth within the sales role, you can either seek out a regional director role (which are rarely available unless you're willing to move cities or states) or seek out/inherit a larger book of business which may also require a move. All summed up, a great midpoint stepping stone for someone to grow their career in Saas, but probably not somewhere I'd settle long-term Browse Other Reviews
