As an IC, it can be frustrating to be in a large organization with leadership that acts like a start-up. Potential here, but easy to get burned.

Former Employee2.6Jul 22, 2024It was a great experience but new leadership has made the path forward for the company very unclear. Roles and processes are constantly changing which makes it hard to get stuff done internally. But the people in Delivery and the mission are incredible.
