It was a great experience but new leadership has made the path forward for the company very unclear. Roles and processes are constantly changing which makes it hard to get stuff done internally. But the people in Delivery and the mission are incredible.

This is a great experience to learn new things about tech and AI. That said, they are still trying to find product market fit. As an IC, it can be frustrating to be in a large organization with leadership that acts like a start-up. Potential here, but easy to get burned.

Joined during Covid. In hindsight would never have joined. The company never captured the momentum of the AI/ML Development space.
