Company is in an identity crisis. They brought in a leadership team in about 2 years ago to go up market and fired them. Reverted back to smb. Clickup will never be successful upmarket

ClickUp has many positivies being remote first one of them and having a great userbase that keeps expanding is the other. It lacks SEVERELY on a Diversity and Inclusion basis having the most generic bland looking GTM Team

ClickUp is a great product, but it has a big culture problem. Nearly every sales person is on the brink of burnout, and I will not be surprised if there is a lot of turnover in the next 6 mo.
