Classy has a lot to figure out. The enterprise team is doing well, but they recently had massive layoffs (80+ sales people across SMB and MM) that included multiple pregnant employees who had declared maternity leave. Severance offerings made no considerations for this.

Classy laid off 50% of the sales team (xDRs up to Strat ENT AEs and AMs, incl leaders) in Nov 2023. Very hard for new people to make quota in the first year or two. Most people have been here for 6-7 years and it’s the only sales job they’ve ever had. They are not open to change and newer employees (within the last 2 years) are always on the outside.
