I was on the inaugural sales team at ClassPass back in 2014. I had a great experience, but we were in scrappy, start-up mode. Lots of passion and excitement, and the sales training was actually really great. Set the foundation for my career for years to come! Like many start-ups, we grew fast and then cuts had to be made, but I loved my experience there.

The account management, launch team, and customer support teams are not where they should be. You will absolutely lose deals you signed because of this during the launch process.
