My experience at CivicPlus has been awesome. Leadership is fantastic. Company Morale is great. Team Members are kind and helpful. Unlimited PTO. Clear path to promotion. My only Complaint would be the comp plan for any role is less favorable then majority of the other SaaS/Tech companies. Low base, decent commission structure. $70k ote is seems a little inflated even if you do hit your quota, amazing culture and people
