Overall a good experience at this company and what I consider fair compensation. In some areas not as competitive as other gov some firms but I didn’t mind. That’s been many years ago however. Biggest gripe is some of the folks in management aren’t good leaders and turn to micromanaging.

Fine company to work for but lackluster experience overall. Everyone is friendly, not a stressful environment. Dominates the local gov web space. Not very innovative.

Average. Still a small minded company. If you truly want to enact change, start with changing leaders and hire experience.
