Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I really enjoyed almost everything about working for this company except when it comes time for LRs which are regular. The pay and benefits are excellent, but job security is a ticking time bomb - and you never know when your time will be up. This last round of LRs (Feb 2024) was a straight OpEx reduction and cut a lot of top performers simply to boost the bottom line and replace these individuals with others they could pay less in the same role. Such is the nature of an OpEx cut in a down year for this company that works for Wallstreet. Because of the excellent pay and benefits at even the Entry level roles, Cisco will attract fresh batches of top talent each year. So when you get into year four or five, and you have not been moving up in roles, you may want to have your resume polished. Browse Other Reviews
