Overall company is going through massive changes and definitely not on a growth trajectory, you can make good money as long as you have a decent patch of accounts. Also sales leadership is literally deck chairs so don't be surprised if you have a new direct leader ever 12-18 months.

culture and leadership has gone downhill in the past 6 months, extremely high pressure to get deals in and they moved us to a new commission structure with decelerator until you hit 50%.

Cisco is going through a transformation. There are multiple forces at play. Culturally, Cisco is embracing DEI at an aggressive level.
