Overall - Cisco is a good organization. I think things are headed in the right direction with software but it’s tough because it’s like trying to change directions on a giant ship. Compensation has been a challenge and getting it right has impacted sellers and their paychecks which has caused a lot of frustration.

Great company to work for - supportive culture, great incentives. Working for the business is very complex but the brand equity is powerful.
