Benefits are great here. Hard to advance to leadership, and a lot of middle management. Account base can change yearly, making long-term account management hard. Large accounts get all the recognition and love. Goals are typically either spot on, or completely out of attainment.

My overall opinion of this comany is good. I have had good managers, and good experiences but some patches that are given are not set up for success.

I really enjoyed my time and experience with Cisco but unfortunately I ran into a manager that wanted to push me out so I left after 14 years with the firm before that manager could get rid of me; so don't let that deter you.
