Back to ReviewsFormer Employee They claim diversity is important but when it comes down to it, POC are treated differently by management (handheld like children and scrutinized harder), some leaders felt like they could just say anything even if certain members of the team were offended (it was just a joke right?), and the goals were ridiculously high. Management would say that if someone was doing 75-80% of their goal they were doing fine. Very few people hit their goals, and the ones that did had a favorable territory or had ‘special’ rules for their workflow.
There was ample training in the beginning and then most managers just drop their teams into the deep end with no additional support, especially if they didn’t like you. If you are not in the ‘in’ crowd, your time will be limited. They say they care about you and your success, wait until every conversation is numbers based (again on unachievable goals).
