Current Employee My overall experience has certainly been more lack luster than anything. When I was applying and all through training I was under the assumption that this role would make 52000 base. That isn't a horrible number until you have completed your 3 month training(in my case grueling 14 hour days), then was told after first real paycheck that this 52000 number was base+commission. Leadership is lacking in many areas including development of further skills and support.
