My overall experience has certainly been more lack luster than anything. When I was applying and all through training I was under the assumption that this role would make 52000 base. That isn't a horrible number until you have completed your 3 month training(in my case grueling 14 hour days), then was told after first real paycheck that this 52000 number was base+commission. Leadership is lacking in many areas including development of further skills and support.

Cintas is a great company for the most part, the comp plan is not the greatest for the sales division however. Quotas are hard to hit and because of this they actually lowered expectations this year. Not a pleasant experience. Hostile environment due to internal competition, lack of communication and lack of accountability in mid level management between sales and operations.
