My overall experience has certainly been more lack luster than anything. When I was applying and all through training I was under the assumption that this role would make 52000 base. That isn't a horrible number until you have completed your 3 month training(in my case grueling 14 hour days), then was told after first real paycheck that this 52000 number was base+commission. Leadership is lacking in many areas including development of further skills and support.

If you’re wanting to make 60k after taxes by working fairly hard and also have plenty of flexibility to run your work week how you want, then this is for you.
