Great company culture, tough consumer base. Company is known for bad practices from past experiences which fear potential new clients. Company over promises and under delivers on the service end from products to quality of service. There is a wedge between the service team and sales reps with overselling accounts, adjusting minimums, and forgetting to do the simple things like deliver ALL products on invoice.
