Lots of cold calling and door knocking, products are overpriced compared to competitors in the space so you are constantly either sacrificing commission or sales. Definitely a grind, good upward mobility if successful, looks good on a resume. Staying in front line role for more than a few years would likely lead to complacency and burnout.
