Huge market share, biggest company in the industry. Incredible training for people just starting sales. Underpaid for managing full length sales cycle. No relationship building, true burn and churn new business.

Definitely have to be a bit of a “Kool-Aid” drinker. But the experience is not the same across the board. Each location is run as a small business, and has its own culture.

Great entry level sales role. Even better if you are surrounded by other good sales reps. Management style is outdated and toxic. Promotions are nearly impossible unless you are a top 50 rep in the entire organization.

If you’re wanting to make 60k after taxes by working fairly hard and also have plenty of flexibility to run your work week how you want, then this is for you.
