My overall experience was good but I feel like sometimes leadership is not there and some people get left out on purpose. You have to try and fit in and sometimes leads are passed on to AE's who are more connected with leadership.

Huge market share, biggest company in the industry. Incredible training for people just starting sales. Underpaid for managing full length sales cycle. No relationship building, true burn and churn new business.

Cintas is a strong company, but it’s not for everyone. Uniforms are not as essential as they lead sales reps to believe. A lot of inefficient processes after the sale.
