The number of women at Chili Piper is less than 30%. And many women in sales leadership were laid off in Nov 2022. Definitely a party all night culture on company trips. Most high performers have left or are looking to leave. They hire great people but there's not a lot of room for growth. Good entry level job and decent training.

There is no better culture than that at Chili Piper. The team really is incredible and clearly when hiring, they really focus on certain qualities including friendliness, consideration, generosity.
