Amazing! Inclusive in sales team, although the product might be hard to sell at times just because of the competitors overtaking the space - but overall, they are just as they seem from outside. Fun, innovative and inclusive to everyone :)

The number of women at Chili Piper is less than 30%. And many women in sales leadership were laid off in Nov 2022. Definitely a party all night culture on company trips. Most high performers have left or are looking to leave. They hire great people but there's not a lot of room for growth. Good entry level job and decent training.
