The number of women at Chili Piper is less than 30%. And many women in sales leadership were laid off in Nov 2022. Definitely a party all night culture on company trips. Most high performers have left or are looking to leave. They hire great people but there's not a lot of room for growth. Good entry level job and decent training.

Great training for new sales members but the culture became toxic over a period of time. When they promote internally it doesn't always come with an increase in pay or benefits just a new title.

Extremely difficult to attain quota. Very long days (~12hrs) to even hit minimum. Difficult to find accounts in CRM.
